1. About quorrica

quorrica Advisory Sdn Bhd ("quorrica", "we", "us", "our") is a B2B advisory practice registered in Malaysia, providing structured advisory services on AI hardware procurement strategy to organisations. Our registered address is Jalan Sultan Ismail 54, 50250 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan.

2. Scope of Advisory Services

quorrica provides strategy and process advisory services. Our engagements are concerned with procurement structure, evaluation criteria, scenario analysis, and decision documentation — not with selecting vendors on a client's behalf, making purchasing decisions, or acting as an agent in any commercial transaction.

Our services are offered to businesses and organisations. They are not directed at individual consumers and are not intended to constitute financial advice, legal advice, or any regulated advisory activity.

Service descriptions

• Procurement Criteria Workshop (RM 530): A single facilitated workshop helping procurement and engineering leads define evaluation criteria. Deliverables include a criteria framework and a summary document.
• Scenario Planning Engagement (RM 2,300): A four-week engagement that models procurement scenarios against an organisation's stated needs. Deliverables include a discovery session, a scenario report, and a review session.
• Strategic Advisory Retainer (RM 4,200 per quarter): A quarterly retained engagement providing ongoing strategic input on procurement planning. Deliverables include recurring sessions and decision support documentation.

3. Engagement Terms

Commencement

An engagement commences upon written confirmation from quorrica following receipt of a signed engagement letter and, where applicable, payment of any advance fee specified in that letter.

Scope changes

Any material changes to agreed scope must be confirmed in writing by both parties. Additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to separate fees.

Client responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide accurate and complete information relevant to the engagement. quorrica's advisory outputs are based on information provided; we are not responsible for conclusions reached on the basis of materially inaccurate input.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat commercially sensitive information shared during an engagement as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise stated in the engagement letter. quorrica reserves the right to pause or conclude work on engagements where invoices remain materially overdue.

Prices stated on this website are indicative. The fee applicable to your engagement will be confirmed in writing prior to commencement.

5. Intellectual Property

All methodologies, frameworks, templates, and analytical tools developed by quorrica remain the intellectual property of quorrica. Deliverables prepared specifically for a client engagement (such as criteria frameworks, scenario reports, and decision summaries) are licensed to the client for internal use upon full payment of the associated fees.

Clients may not resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute quorrica deliverables without prior written agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

quorrica's advisory services are designed to support better-structured internal decision-making. We do not guarantee any particular procurement outcome, cost saving, or operational result arising from decisions made following our advisory work.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, quorrica's total liability to a client in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the relevant engagement.

quorrica shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits or business opportunity, arising from or in connection with advisory services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement by giving 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination by the client, fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable. In the event of termination by quorrica due to a material breach by the client, the same applies.

For quarterly retainers, termination takes effect at the end of the current quarter unless otherwise agreed.

12. Changes to These Terms

quorrica may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the website after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Changes to terms governing an active engagement require written agreement from both parties.
